Shipping & Tracking


Micsell has a good knowledge of shipping routes and chooses the convenient shipping path which makes the delivery faster. Considering the far shipping, Micsell has proffesional personnel taking good care of the dress and packs every piece of the dress quite well. We offer 3 shipping way: EMS, DHL, UPS, EMS is the fastest method and our store choose EMS as default.


Before your order is shipped, Micsell has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.


Total Delivery Time (7-14 Working Days) = Processing Time (1-2 working days) + Packaging Time (1-2 working days) + Shipping Time (4 - 7 working days)


Processing Time


From the time we received your order to the time we start to package your order, 1 working days (except 2 weekend holidays) to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, to make sure the shipping address is correct and to collect the items you purchased.


Packaging Time


Your order will be sent to the shipping company on the day of packing or no later than next day.


Shipping Time


The time it takes for the shipping company to fly your package to you, EMS: 5 to 7 shipping days.


Order usually will been processed within 1-2 business days (except two weekend holidays ). Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 24 H, reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers, it will indicate which carrier was used and method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery.

Order Maybe Delayed for the Following Reasons, "Bill To"and Ship to" address are not the same, Order is pending a credit approval shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO


Delivery is guaranteed, in the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense, we are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package, import is the responsibility of the customer.
